Questions
How much do I earn, and on what?
30% of a referred customer's first paid purchase, at the same rate across Career, Money, Belief, Freedom. It applies to the first purchase a new customer makes within the referral window - not to their later purchases, and not to subscription renewals.
How long does the referral last?
60 days from the click. If someone clicks your link, takes the assessment, thinks about it for six weeks and then buys, that is still your referral. Most programs in this category give 30 days.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are held for 30 days after the sale to cover the refund window, then become payable. We pay by PayPal monthly, net 30, once your payable balance is over $50. Below that it rolls forward to the next month.
What happens if the customer refunds?
The commission is reversed. Same for a chargeback. That is the reason for the hold period - we would rather hold a commission for a few weeks than claw one back after you have been paid.
Do I need a big audience?
No. We do not set a follower minimum. We are looking for a relevant audience and content you actually made - a 900-person newsletter of career changers is worth more to us than a large general-interest account.
How long does approval take?
We read every application individually and reply within 7 days, whether the answer is yes or no. The program is new and we are starting with a small group, so we are being deliberate about it.
What is not allowed?
Bidding on our brand terms in paid search, coupon and cashback placements, referring yourself, incentivised or paid-to-click traffic, spam, cookie stuffing, and - the one we care most about - making any claim about the assessment or its results that we do not make ourselves. Can I use your copy and screenshots?
Yes, and we would rather you wrote it in your own voice. Approved affiliates get suggested copy, images and links to use as a starting point. What you cannot do is invent outcome statistics, user numbers or accuracy claims - if a number is not on our site, do not put it on yours.
