To qualify for a refund

You must meet all of the following:

• Request it within 14 days of purchase
• Provide proof that you engaged with the material. For reports, this means reading and attempting at least one action item from your plan. For the 7-Day Audio Program, completing at least 3 days. For the Career Leap Roadmap, completing at least one week-1 experiment. For live sessions, attending the session.
• Explain what specifically wasn't helpful so we can improve

What's not eligible

• “Changed my mind” without trying the product
• Requests after 14 days
• Duplicate purchases (contact us and we'll sort it out immediately)
• Free assessment results (these are free, so no refund needed)

How to request a refund
