We believe in the value of our personalized assessments and programs. If you engage with the material and don't find it helpful, we'll give you a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

To Qualify for a Refund

You must meet all of the following:

Request it within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@maketheleap.co
Have engaged with the material as outlined below for your specific product
Provide a specific written explanation of what you tried and why it wasn't helpful — requests without this detail will be returned for clarification before processing

Engagement Requirements by Product

Career Brief / First Leap Career Blueprint ($19)

You must have attempted the “Tonight (15 min)” action step for at least one path AND used at least one AI prompt or outreach template included in your Brief/Blueprint. Your refund request should describe what you tried and what the result was.

Career Leap Roadmap ($49)

You must have completed the full Week 1 experiment worksheet for your chosen path, including the reflection journal, AND completed the First Move exercise, AND attempted at least one action from Week 2 of the 4-Week Program. Your refund request should describe your experiment results and what specifically didn't work.

Career Leap Roadmap + Live Strategy Session ($297)

You must have attended the full live session, completed the pre-session preparation materials, AND attempted the actions from your accountability plan for at least 7 days following the session. Your refund request should describe what you implemented and why it wasn't effective.

Money Playbook ($19)

You must have attempted the “Tonight (15 min)” action step for at least one money move AND reviewed the comparison matrix. Your refund request should describe what you tried and what the result was.

Money Roadmap ($49)

You must have completed the full weekend financial experiment for your top money move, including the reflection questions, AND attempted at least one action from Week 2 of the 4-Week Program. Your refund request should describe your experiment results and what specifically didn't work.

Money Roadmap + Strategy Session ($297)

You must have attended the full live session, completed the pre-session preparation materials, AND attempted the actions from your financial plan for at least 7 days following the session. Your refund request should describe what you implemented and why it wasn't effective.

Freedom Brief ($19)

You must have attempted the “Tonight (15 min)” action step for at least one freedom path AND used at least one AI prompt or outreach template included in your Brief. Your refund request should describe what you tried and what the result was.

Freedom Leap Roadmap ($49)

Freedom Leap Roadmap + Live Strategy Session ($297)

Leap Up Plan ($49)

You must have attempted at least one conversation script or action step from your 90-day plan AND used the AI Advancement Coach at least once. Your refund request should describe what you tried and why it wasn't helpful.

The Leap Report ($29)

You must have read your full report and attempted at least one action item from your personalized plan. Your refund request should describe what you tried.

The 7-Day Audio Program ($97)

You must have completed at least 4 of the 7 days of the program. Your refund request should describe your experience with the program and what didn't land.

The Leap + Live Session ($297)

You must have attended the full live session, completed the pre-session preparation, AND attempted your action plan for at least 7 days. Your refund request should describe what you implemented and why it wasn't effective.

AI Career Coach Subscription ($19/month)

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your account. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What's Not Eligible for a Refund

“Changed my mind” requests without engaging with the product
Requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase
Duplicate or accidental purchases (contact us and we'll resolve these immediately — no engagement proof needed)
Free assessment results

A Note About Our Products

All Make the Leap paid products are personalized digital goods generated specifically for you using AI based on your unique assessment responses. They are delivered immediately upon purchase. This refund policy is offered as a goodwill guarantee because we want you to feel confident trying the program — not because we're required to by law. We ask for proof of engagement because the value of these products is in doing the work, not just reading the material.

Which product you purchased
A description of what you tried (per the engagement requirements above)
What specifically wasn't helpful

We'll respond within 2 business days.

Our Commitment

We'd rather you try the program and ask for a refund than never try it at all. If you did the work and it didn't help, we want to know — that's how we make this better.
