Make the Leap provides online self-assessment tools that identify behavioral patterns and generate personalized insights across career, financial, health, and personal development domains. Products include Career Leap, Money Leap, Freedom Leap, First Leap, Leap Up, Life Leap, Health Leap, and Belief Leap. Each includes a free assessment with basic results and optional paid products (Briefs, Playbooks, Maps, Protocols, Roadmaps, Strategy Sessions, and AI coaching) with deeper analysis. AI coaching access runs for a defined period (typically 30 days) and includes a daily message limit (currently up to 30 messages per day for most coaches; limits vary by product) to ensure fair use and reliable service. We may adjust message limits, model behavior, or access periods at any time.

The service is intended for adults 18 and older. By using Make the Leap, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that any information you provide is accurate and your own.

Payments and refunds

Paid reports and programs are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

AI-generated content

Assessment results, career paths, money moves, health and wellness insights, resistance pattern analyses, reports, roadmaps, and program content are generated using artificial intelligence (including models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google). While we design our prompts carefully and review outputs for quality, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and results should be treated as informational starting points rather than definitive professional advice.

Income projections, financial projections, and net worth estimates are AI-generated calculations based on your self-reported data and general market assumptions. They do not account for your complete financial picture, tax situation, or individual circumstances. Actual outcomes will vary.

The AI Money Coach provides conversational financial education. It does not have access to your actual accounts, real-time market data, or tax records. Its responses are based solely on your assessment answers and general financial knowledge.

Intellectual property

All content on Make the Leap - including the assessment questions, resistance pattern framework, report templates, and website design - is the intellectual property of Make the Leap. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Your content

The answers you provide during the assessment remain yours. We use them solely to generate your results and report. By using the service, you grant us permission to process your answers for this purpose.

Data retention

Free assessment results are accessible for 7 days via your unique link. Paid product content is retained for ongoing access. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@maketheleap.co.

Limitation of liability

Make the Leap is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, career results, income levels, investment returns, financial results, or personal development progress from using our assessments, reports, roadmaps, coaching, or programs. Your use of the service and any financial decisions you make based on our content are at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Make the Leap and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
