Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you take either the core assessment or the Career Leap assessment, we collect your assessment answers. This is used solely to generate your results and, if you purchase a paid product, to create your personalized report, roadmap, or program content.

If you choose to enter your email address or first name, we store them to send you your results, deliver purchased products, and send program-related emails. Your email is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you make a purchase, payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data directly.

How we use your data

• To generate your assessment results, resistance pattern, and Work DNA type
• To create your personalized Leap Report or Career Leap Roadmap (if purchased)
• To generate personalized audio content for the 7-Day Audio Program (if purchased)
• To deliver your 4-week action program content in the Career Leap portal (if purchased)
• To send you your results, reports, and program emails (if you provide your email)
• To send follow-up emails over the course of your program (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To process payments through Stripe (if you make a purchase)
• To facilitate live session booking through Calendly (if you purchase a live session tier)
• To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the assessments (anonymous analytics)

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to deliver our products. Your data is only shared with these services as needed to provide the specific product you purchased:

• Anthropic (Claude AI) - Your assessment answers are processed by Claude to generate your personalized report, roadmap, audio scripts, and program content. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models.
• ElevenLabs - For the 7-Day Audio Program, generated script text is sent to ElevenLabs for text-to-speech conversion. No personal information is included in the audio scripts.
• Stripe - Handles all payment processing. We never see or store your card details.
• Resend - Delivers transactional emails (results, reports, program emails). Your email address is shared with Resend solely for delivery.
• Calendly - If you book a live session, your name and email are shared with Calendly to schedule the appointment.
• Supabase - Hosts our database and file storage (hosted on AWS infrastructure).
• Vercel - Hosts our website and application.

Email communications

If you provide your email, you may receive the following types of emails depending on the product you use:

• Your assessment results and any purchased reports or roadmaps
• Program-related emails over 4 weeks (Career Leap) or 7 days (Audio Program), including check-ins and follow-up content
• Daily audio unlock notifications (7-Day Audio Program only)

You can unsubscribe from any ongoing emails at any time. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters unless you explicitly opt in.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We don't use your assessment answers for anything other than generating your personalized results, reports, and program content.

Analytics

We use a simple, first-party analytics system to track anonymous usage events like page views and assessment completion rates. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing tools. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). Assessment data, reports, roadmaps, and generated audio files are retained to allow you to access your results and program content via your unique links. You can request deletion of all your data at any time.
