Jon meditating in Bali - contemplation and presence

Built by someone who's
been stuck too.

And had to learn the hard way that knowing isn't the same as doing.

I'm Jon. I've spent the last nine years building businesses, traveling to 73 countries, and trying to answer one question: why do smart, capable people stay stuck - in careers that drain them, in patterns they can see but can't break, in lives that look right but don't feel right?

My mission is simple: make meaningful life and career change accessible to anyone with a phone and an honest hour - not just people who can afford $5,000 retreats and flights to Bali.

I didn't start there. I started in consulting - Grant Thornton, then RSM - doing the work you're supposed to do when you're supposed to do it. Good salary. Clear trajectory. And a quiet, growing certainty that I was building someone else's life.

If you're here because you're thinking about a career change, I want you to know: I've been exactly where you are. The Sunday dread. The mental math of “can I afford to leave.” The way you toggle between job listings and your current paycheck and convince yourself it's not that bad. I left my corporate career in 2018, and the hardest part wasn't the logistics - it was the identity crisis. Who are you when you stop being the thing on your business card? I've since helped thousands of people navigate that same question, and I've learned that some people thrive in entrepreneurship, some people thrive in a different corporate role, and some people just need to be in a field that actually uses what they're good at. There's no one right answer. There's only alignment.

So I built. Global Viewpoint, a travel site that's reached over 10 million people. AI Hustle Guy, where I help business owners use AI to build real systems. Inspire Retreats, a resource for retreat hosts building transformational experiences. Along the way I've worn every hat - consulting, coaching, affiliate marketing, advertising, helping Airbnb hosts scale, working with business owners across dozens of industries. I've been location-independent since 2017, building companies from hotel rooms and co-working spaces across five continents. I don't just study change. I live it. From the outside, it looked like I had it figured out.

I didn't.

In 2020, Long Covid hit me for six months. It broke everything I'd built my identity around - the hustle, the productivity, the always-on pace. I couldn't outwork it. I couldn't optimize my way through it.

So I tried everything. Supplements, protocols, biohacking. But the thing that actually healed me wasn't a protocol. It was the deep inner work. The emotional patterns I'd been avoiding for years. The stuff I couldn't see because I was too busy performing success.

That was the beginning.

Since 2021, I've invested over $120,000 of my own money and thousands of hours into understanding how people actually change. Not the theory. The practice.

That number isn't a flex - it's the cost of doing the research the hard way. $5,000 retreat in Bali. $3,500 for the Hoffman Process. $2,000 for Tony Robbins. $4,000 for Wim Hof in Iceland. Flights, hotels, coaches, programs, courses - across four continents over five years. I've trained across multiple disciplines - from evidence-based behavioral frameworks to body-based trauma work to meaning-centered psychology. 18 retreats. Hundreds of conversations with people who looked successful but felt stuck.

Each one taught me something real. But each one also required the money, the time off work, and the privilege to fly halfway around the world.

The patterns were remarkably consistent. Every person was different. What was holding them back almost never was.

And the whole time, one thought kept coming back: most people will never have access to any of this.

So I built Make the Leap.

Make the Leap

Make the Leap takes everything I learned from those retreats, coaches, and programs and makes it accessible from your phone, on your schedule, for the price of a dinner out. Same pattern recognition. Same emotional precision. Same personalized action plans. Just without the flight to Bali.

It's built on nine years of entrepreneurship, five years of deep personal development work, thousands of hours of pattern research, and thousands of real conversations with stuck people. Every question, every pattern, every word in your results comes from frameworks I've developed through years of real work with real people - universal principles that show up whether someone is stuck in a career, a relationship, or an identity they've outgrown. The AI doesn't replace the human insight. It delivers it at a scale and price point that actually makes it accessible.

Whether you're stuck in a career, circling a decision you can't make, or wondering why you keep repeating the same patterns - there's an assessment built for where you are.

Career Leap

Work is identity. When it's wrong, everything feels off. I built Career Leap because I lived that - years in consulting, knowing it wasn't right, unable to articulate what would be.

Career Leap is a free assessment that maps your real skills, values, and constraints to specific career paths - with income projections, resistance pattern analysis, and a 30-day action plan. Not a personality label. Not a generic job list. A mirror and a map.

I built it because I've watched thousands of people circle the same career decision for years, waiting for certainty that never comes. Certainty doesn't come before the leap. It comes after.

Building businesses from anywhere

First Leap

Students and recent grads are making $150,000 decisions about their future based on a campus tour, a parent's suggestion, or whatever major their roommate picked. No framework. No self-knowledge. Just pressure from every direction and a deadline to choose.

I built First Leap because I remember being that person. I picked finance and consulting because it was “safe.” First Leap gives students what I wish someone had handed me at 20 - their Strengths Identity, the resistance pattern keeping them stuck, and three specific career directions built around what actually energizes them.

The world they're entering is changing faster than any generation before them. AI is rewriting entire industries. In that kind of uncertainty, the most valuable thing you can have isn't a plan - it's clarity about how you're wired.

Free. 10 minutes. Built for the generation that needs it most.

Freedom Leap

Not everyone who's stuck wants a different job. Some want out of the employee model entirely - to consult, freelance, or build something of their own. But the gap between “I want to be independent” and actually replacing a paycheck feels impossible to bridge.

I built Freedom Leap because I've made that exact transition. I left corporate in 2018 and have been building my own businesses from five continents since. The hardest part wasn't the business model. It was the financial fear that makes smart people stay in jobs they've outgrown for years longer than they need to.

Freedom Leap maps your readiness, your resistance, and your three most viable paths to independence - with honest income projections and a transition plan built around your specific financial reality.

Leap Up

Not everyone who's stuck wants to leave. Some people love their career but can't figure out how to get to the next level. The promotion feels close but invisible. The skills gap is unclear. The conversations feel risky.

I built Leap Up for the person who knows exactly where they want to go but needs a plan to get there. It maps the gap between your current role and your target role, then builds everything you need: a 90-day action plan, conversation scripts for your boss, a learning plan, visibility strategy, and compensation guidance. Not generic advice. A plan built from your actual situation.

Money Leap

Most people know they should be doing better with money. They make good income, they're smart, they've read the books. But the gap between knowing and doing stays wide. That's not a discipline problem. It's a visibility problem.

Money Leap is a financial self-awareness assessment. It reveals your Money DNA type, your financial blind spots, and 3 personalized action areas. Free results, with a Brief ($19) and Roadmap ($49) for the full plan. Built for people who earn enough but haven't figured out how to make their money work as hard as they do.

Life Leap

After Long Covid broke my health, I realized my career wasn't the only thing that needed work. The emotional patterns I'd been avoiding for years - the ones running underneath every decision - those were the real problem.

Life Leap maps the resistance patterns that operate across your entire life, not just your career. It shows you how you get stuck, what triggers the pattern, and the specific counter-moves that work for your type. For people who've done the career work and still feel like something deeper is off, this is the next layer.

I didn't just attend retreats. I facilitated them. I've helped lead 6 immersive experiences - personal development retreats and a business mastermind - across Iceland, Sweden, Sedona, Bali, and New England, working directly with founders, executives, and ambitious people who looked successful but felt stuck.

I've also done private coaching since 2019, working one-on-one with people navigating career transitions, business decisions, and personal breakthroughs.

What makes my approach different is that it doesn't come from one discipline. It comes from the intersection of all of them. I've built businesses from scratch, so I understand what the modern worker is actually facing - the fear of being replaced by AI, the dream of doing something that matters, the gap between knowing what you want and actually doing it. I've studied the psychology of why people stay stuck and the practical systems that help them move. I've connected patterns across entrepreneurship, personal development, holistic health, travel, technology, coaching, and retreat facilitation.

Real transformation. Actually accessible.

The personal development industry charges thousands of dollars, requires you to fly somewhere, and hopes you figure it out in a weekend. Make the Leap is the alternative - the best of what I learned from $120K+ of retreats, coaches, and programs, built into a system that works from your couch, on your schedule, for the price of a dinner out. Nothing else available in 2026 combines this depth of real-world pattern research with AI that delivers it personally to every single user. Built by someone who's made the leap, facilitated it for thousands of others, and spent five years figuring out why most people don't.

You shouldn't have to spend $120,000 and five years to understand why you're stuck. I did that so you don't have to.
