Built by someone who's
been stuck too.
And had to learn the hard way that knowing isn't the same as doing.
I'm Jon. I've spent the last nine years building businesses, traveling to 73 countries, and trying to answer one question: why do smart, capable people stay stuck?
I didn't start there. I started in consulting - Grant Thornton, then RSM - doing the work you're supposed to do when you're supposed to do it. Good salary. Clear trajectory. And a quiet, growing certainty that I was building someone else's life.
So I left. I built Global Viewpoint, a travel website that's reached over 10 million people since 2017 - evolving it from a blog into personalized travel guides, itineraries, and sophisticated integrations. I grew a social media presence across platforms - 600,000 followers on TikTok, 60,000 on Instagram, and 6 million monthly views on Pinterest. I built AI Hustle Guy, where I help business owners use AI to build real systems - not gimmicks, but infrastructure that actually changes how they work. I've been developing Airbnb hosting strategies since 2020, generating millions in affiliate revenue for platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo. I built Inspire Retreats, a resource for retreat hosts building transformational experiences. I've been location-independent for years, building companies from hotel rooms and co-working spaces across five continents, traveling three to six months per year. From the outside, it looked like I had it figured out.
I didn't.

The office for the day - Bali, Indonesia
In 2020, Long Covid hit me for six months. It broke everything I'd built my identity around - the hustle, the productivity, the always-on pace. I couldn't outwork it. I couldn't optimize my way through it.
So I tried everything. Supplements, protocols, biohacking. But the thing that actually healed me wasn't a protocol. It was the deep inner work. The emotional patterns I'd been avoiding for years. The stuff I couldn't see because I was too busy performing success.
That was the beginning.

What I did next
Since 2021, I've invested over $120,000 of my own money and thousands of hours into understanding how people actually change. Not the theory. The practice.
That number isn't a flex - it's the cost of doing the research the hard way. $5,000 retreat in Bali. $3,500 for the Hoffman Process. $2,000 for Tony Robbins. $4,000 for Wim Hof in Iceland. Flights, hotels, coaches, programs, courses - across four continents over five years. Each one taught me something real. But each one also required the money, the time off work, and the privilege to fly halfway around the world.
I've experienced Tony Robbins' Unleash the Power Within multi-day event. I've meditated for days at Dr. Joe Dispenza retreats. I've completed the Hoffman Process - one of the most intensive personal development programs in the world. I've done cold water immersion and breathwork at Wim Hof retreats in Iceland and Sweden. I've trained in NLP, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, Logotherapy, and inner child work. I've taken courses, hired coaches across multiple disciplines, and attended 18 retreats on four continents - from volcanic hot springs in Iceland to rice paddies in Bali.
And the whole time, one thought kept coming back: most people will never have access to any of this.

Tony Robbins' Unleash the Power Within

Workshop with fellow entrepreneurs
I didn't just attend. I facilitated. I've helped lead 6 immersive experiences - personal development retreats and a business mastermind - across Iceland, Sweden, Sedona, Bali, and New England, working directly with founders, executives, and ambitious people who looked successful but felt stuck. Hundreds of conversations. Hundreds of patterns.
I've also done private coaching since 2019 on a limited basis - given my extensive travel schedule, I've kept it intentionally small, working one-on-one with people navigating career transitions, business decisions, and personal breakthroughs.

Facilitating a men's retreat in Sweden
Since 2022, I've been building and testing frameworks for growth and transformation - not borrowed from a textbook, but developed through years of real work with real people. Universal principles that show up whether someone is stuck in a career, a relationship, or an identity they've outgrown. Every person is different. The patterns underneath are remarkably consistent.
What makes my approach different is that it doesn't come from one discipline. It comes from the intersection of all of them. I've built businesses from scratch and understand what the modern worker is facing - the fear of being replaced, the dream of doing something that matters, the gap between knowing what you want and actually doing it. I've studied the psychology of why people stay stuck and the practical systems that help them move. I've connected patterns across entrepreneurship, personal development, travel, technology, coaching, and retreat facilitation. Make the Leap is where all of those threads come together.

Make the Leap
The best personal development experience I ever had cost $5,000 and required flying to Bali for a week. Most people can't do that. Most people shouldn't have to.
Make the Leap exists to make real transformation accessible for real people. Not a watered-down version. Not a cheap substitute. The actual insights - the pattern recognition, the emotional precision, the personalized action plans - that used to require a $5K retreat, a $300/hour coach, or a week off work in another country. Distilled into a system anyone can access from their phone.
It's built on nine years of entrepreneurship, five years of deep personal development work, thousands of hours of pattern research, hundreds of real conversations with stuck people - and the most advanced AI available in 2026. Every question, every pattern, every word in your report comes from real work with real people. The AI doesn't replace the human insight. It delivers it at a scale and price point that actually makes it accessible.
You shouldn't have to spend $120,000 and five years to understand why you're stuck. I did that so you don't have to.

Building businesses from anywhere
Career Leap
In 2026, I built Career Leap - the other half of the equation.
Make the Leap shows you what's in the way. Career Leap shows you what's ahead.
It's a comprehensive assessment that maps your real skills, values, and constraints to specific career paths with a 30-day plan to get there. Not a personality label. Not a generic job list. A roadmap built from the intersection of what you're good at, what you enjoy, what the world needs, and what you can realistically be paid for.
I built it because I've lived the career leap myself - from consulting to entrepreneurship, from one country to 73, from “safe bet” to “what if I actually tried.” And because I've watched hundreds of people circle the same career decision for years, waiting for certainty that never comes.
Knowing your pattern is half the battle. Knowing where you're going is the other half.

Location-independent since 2017
Real transformation. Actually accessible.
The personal development industry charges thousands of dollars, requires you to fly somewhere, and hopes you figure it out in a weekend. Make the Leap is the alternative: the best of what I learned from $120K+ of retreats, coaches, and programs - built into a system that works from your couch, on your schedule, for the price of a dinner out. Not a chatbot with a form in front of it. Not a personality quiz. The most advanced transformation system available in 2026 - built by someone who's made the leap, facilitated it for hundreds of others, and spent five years figuring out why most people don't.
